On our website you will find the current housing offer of Mijn2ehuis.nl. If there is a property among them that appeals to you, we will be happy to send you more information, such as floor plans, price lists and other items that may be of interest to you. Then we would like to invite you for an appointment at our office. Over a cup of coffee or tea, we will discuss your needs and situation. Are you convinced and would you like to view the project? Then, if possible, you can go and see for yourself the country where your dream home or investment is located so that you can get a good idea of your future living situation. This way you can immediately taste the atmosphere of the country. Once you have chosen a property, we will work with our local partners to take care of the paperwork for you. Some projects require a deposit, but the amounts vary from project to project and country to country so an indication is difficult to give. Our services are otherwise free of charge.
If you would like to view your future home, we can help you book an orientation trip to Spain and Dubai. Unfortunately, this is not yet possible for Curaçao. We cover the cost of travel and lodging in some cases! Inquire about conditions. During this trip, you can visit a number of projects with our partners. You can make a selection in advance or have a nice surprise. In that case, we and our partners will make a selection based on your requirements. This will give you a good idea of your future home and, of course, the area and country where you will live or vacation!
There are many things to consider when buying a house abroad. Consider financing, local taxes and permits. It is enormously complicated to figure out all these things on your own. To serve you well in the countries in which we offer our gems, we have gathered around us a network of expert and reliable local partners. For viewings and answering your financial or legal questions, we can assist you, with or without our partners. In most cases, our partners also accompany you to lawyer, notary, the bank and local municipality. They will gladly guide you in Dutch or English and always keep in touch with our team in the Netherlands. Thus, we do always remain your main contact for all your questions.
