Type Villa Leonie is a cozy yet spacious detached villa with an area of 85m2, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large covered terrace (porch) with private pool.

With its many windows and French doors, the home has lots of light, and you can walk right onto your patio and pool deck. Let the enjoyment begin!

The area of porch is 35m2, the pool measures 25m2 with the pool deck connecting of 28m2. The area of the lot obviously depends on the piece of land you choose, please inquire about the possibilities, we are happy to help you!

The price of Bungalow Saona is from ANG (Antillean Guilders) 269,500 (approx. Euro 150,000 k.k., price level August 2022), excluding sales tax and excluding the cost of the plot and set up costs*
The final price in euros depends on exchange rates and possible bank and currency exchange fees.
