Layout villa: entrance, hall, spacious living room with open kitchen, pantry/storage room, 1st bathroom equipped with walk-in shower, toilet and sink; 2 spacious bedrooms of 13m2, third bedroom of 10m2.

The price of Villa Santiago is from ANG (Antillean Guilders) 333,000 (price level March 2022), including sales tax and excluding the cost of the plot and contingencies*
The final price in euros depends on exchange rates and possible bank and currency exchange fees.
